Through enterprise-scale ethanol treatment, fossil energy consumption is reduced, carbon sequestration and carbon capture technologies are improved, energy consumption is lowered, the process is clean and environmentally friendly without secondary pollution, and near-zero emissions and waste recycling are achieved. This dataset provides data support for converting ethanol treatment volume to carbon emissions for enterprises in the same industry. 1. Data Source: The data is collected from the daily inbound ethanol and ethanol treatment data of this enterprise. 2. Indicator Coefficient for Waste Treatment Volume: a = Y/X, where Y denotes the tonnage after treatment, and X denotes the inbound tonnage measurement. A univariate linear regression model is employed, with Y as the target variable, X as the input feature, and a as the parameter to be learned via model training on previously collected data. The trained model yields a value of 0.98, enabling Y to accurately reflect the actual impact of X as closely as possible. 3. Indicator Coefficient for Enterprise Carbon Dioxide Emission Reduction: a = Y/X, where Y denotes the reduced carbon dioxide emissions, and X denotes the tonnage after treatment. This coefficient also adopts a univariate linear regression model, with Y as the target variable, X as the input feature, and a as the parameter to be learned. Training the model on historical collected data results in a value of 0.4, allowing Y to accurately reflect the actual impact of X. The reduced carbon dioxide emission is calculated as 0.4 × tonnage after treatment. 4. Through efficient treatment of the enterprise's hazardous wastes, fossil energy consumption is reduced, carbon sequestration and carbon capture technologies are enhanced, energy consumption is lowered, and carbon emission compliance is achieved.
