本数据集基于广东医科大学附属医院电子病历系统及手术麻醉记录构建，覆盖2024年12月期间多科室手术患者的围术期数据。通过脱敏、标准化清洗后，整合手术等级、麻醉药品使用、时间节点及患者基础信息，适用于临床研究、医疗管理优化及政策制定。

This dataset is constructed based on the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and surgical anesthesia records of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, covering perioperative data of surgical patients from multiple departments during December 2024. After de-identification and standardized data cleaning, it integrates surgical procedure grades, anesthetic drug administration, key time points, and basic patient information, and is applicable to clinical research, healthcare management optimization, and policy formulation.
