中国旧石器时代遗址基础信息库

在利用并总结前人调查与发掘的成果的基础上，本数据库共收录了中国旧石器时代遗址 1786 处，针对目前已发现的旧石器时代遗址，设立72 项统计项目，包括遗址名称、遗址坐标、所属县市、分布面积、工作程度、海拔高度、地貌单元、堆积性质、气候类型、动物群、相对年代、绝对年代、测年数据、测年方法、测年标本以及遗址出土石制品的岩性、毛坯、剥片技术、加工技术、加工方式、石制品类型等。利用SPSS、EXCEL 等统计软件以及GMT（The Generic Mapping Tools）、Photoshop 等绘图工具，建立中国旧石器时代的考古地图与遗址综合数据库。以期阐释早期人类的活动范围、栖居形式、生计方式、技术模式，以及适应更新世环境变迁的生存策略及其演变等内容，并为今后学者深入的探索与研究做好材料储备工作。

Based on the collation and synthesis of previous archaeological survey and excavation results, this database documents a total of 1,786 Paleolithic sites in China and has established 72 statistical items for these sites, including site name, site coordinates, affiliated county and city, distribution area, work intensity, elevation, geomorphic unit, deposit nature, climate type, faunal assemblage, relative chronology, absolute chronology, dating data, dating method, dating specimen, as well as the lithology, blank, flaking technique, retouching technique, retouching mode, and artifact type of the unearthed stone artifacts. Statistical software such as SPSS and Excel, and mapping tools including GMT (The Generic Mapping Tools) and Photoshop were employed to build the archaeological map and comprehensive site database for China's Paleolithic period. This database aims to elucidate the activity ranges, settlement patterns, subsistence strategies, technical modes, and survival strategies and their evolutionary processes of early humans in adapting to Pleistocene environmental changes, as well as to provide material reserves for further in-depth studies by scholars in the future.
