How do rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria (PGPR) regulate root growth and further promote shoot regrowth of Leymus chinensis after mowing is largely unknown. In this study, B13 was inoculated into L. chinensis after mowing to evaluate its effects on phenotypic traits, nutrient content and hormone levels during the regrowth, and to further explore its molecular mechanism in response to the regrowth of L. chinensis after mowing.
