AI-enabled logistics service recovery: anonymous survey data and reproducibility materials

This dataset accompanies “Prior Authorization in AI-Enabled Logistics Service Recovery: Evidence from Chinese Consumers” by Wei Lin. The package contains de-identified closed-ended responses from two separate questionnaire series: direct validation (800 records) and an expanded pretest (480 records, including 409 eligible cases). Variable dictionaries, questionnaire materials, aggregate summaries, statistical result tables, and Python and R scripts are also provided. The historical survey (2,000 records; 1,998 in the primary analysis) and main-validation survey (1,200 records; 1,082 in the nested quality subset) are represented by aggregate summaries and analysis results. Their respondent-level files are not included in this public release. Reproducing the main-validation CFA and regression analyses requires those separately controlled inputs. Original response identifiers, timestamps, recruitment-source metadata and free-text answers are excluded. The four survey series are documented separately and should not be pooled or assumed to represent independent participants across series. Recorded condition labels do not constitute individual random-assignment logs. Third-party raw datasets are not redistributed. Source download links, citations and licence information are provided. Author-created anonymous closed-response data, aggregate summaries, questionnaire materials and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Author-created code is licensed under MIT. Third-party materials retain their original terms.
