Bulk RNA-sequencing of ILC2s from IPF patients. Bulk RNA-sequencing of ILC2s from IPF patients

To investigate the comprehensive mRNA expression profile of ILC2s from IPF patients, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing analysis of ILC2s sorted from IPF patients and healthy controls. Overall design: Blood ILC2s of 12 healthy controls and 19 IPF patients were sorted and library construction and sequencing were performed. One sample of IPF patients was omitted before sequencing because of the low quality of RNA.
