1992 Census of Commerce (C): Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

All establishments in Japan on the date of the census that within JSIC Division I: Wholesale and Retail Trade, Eating and Drinking Places fall into Major Group 59: General Eating and Drinking Places, except the following:
1. Establishments belonging to the national government.
2. Establishments without a fixed place of business and establishments without fixed business facilities.
3. Establishments set up within establishments that have entry restrictions such as requiring an entrance fee or permit.
4. Establishments that had been closed for three months or more at the time of the census date.

在普查当日，所有位于日本、属于JSIC第一Division：批发和零售贸易、餐饮场所的企业，均归属于主要组别59：综合餐饮场所，但以下情况除外：
1. 属于国家政府的企业。
2. 没有固定营业场所的企业以及没有固定商业设施的企业。
3. 设立于需缴纳入场费或持有许可证才能进入的场所内的企业。
4. 在普查日期时已连续停业三个月或更长时间的企业。
