This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries listed below. 4 samples corresponding to genomic occupancy profiling of PolII, epigenetic landscape of H3K27me3 and H3K27ac and fixed sonicated genomic DNA input from mouse melanoma tumors. 18 RNA-seq samples after siMitf, siSox10, and 4-OHT induced inactivation of Smarca4 or Bptf along with appropriate siControl and control cell samples.
