The data is part of publication for a paper titled "PLPPR4-mediated immune-fibrotic crosstalk regulates epithelial-mesenchymal balance and fibrosis progression in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis" to be submitted to the Journal of Translational Medicine. The data contains analysis code for bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics. We used this analysis code to explore role of PLPPR4 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
