NRS-13855 | Registers of land purchases under pre-emptive right (unsettled class)

These registers contain copies of deeds of grant issued in respect of land alienated in the unsettled districts under the provisions of the Orders in Council of 1847, section 6 which provided that lessees of runs might purchase not less than 160 acres of land of these runs at a price of not less than £1 per acre. There is a separate register for land situated in the Moreton Bay District (7/1291).(7/962-63, 7/1291). 3 vols.
