Innate immune memory was explored in microglia-like cells through consecutive exposure to ATP and LPS.The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 20 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Beadchip.
