Spinal cord functional MRI fully processed demo data for testing on and practicing with the Neptune toolbox

Neptune is a user-interface-based MATLAB toolbox developed by us for processing spinal cord functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data. We have made the software publicly available and have demonstrated its functionality using sample deidentified data previously acquired by us. We have made that data publicly available here. This data has been referenced in the Neptune software documentation as well as the associated journal publication. Upon downloading, put all the files into the same folder and unzip the .zip files. The folder will then be ready for use in Neptune. Kindly note that, due to upload size restrictions, subject-01 data is provided here while subject-02 data can be downloaded from another Mendeley Data record here: doi.org/10.17632/hwrr4yw77n.1
