资源简介:
Database regarding the article: "An accessible approach for the site response analysis of quasi horizontal layered deposits" Carolina Volpini & John Douglas, It is organized in this way: there are 8 input files. These files are intended to be used Abaqus In particular, as we analyze 4 different geometries (2°, 3°, 4°, 5° of sloping angle), we consider two files per angle. Each of the two files presents a different mesh. We consider a dense mesh discretization for the geometries with the first layer having: -200 m/s; -300 m/s; - 400 m/s; The name of the file is: postc_xdegrees_200_1000_buffer.inp whereas a coarse mesh for the geometries with the first layer having: - 500 m/s; - 600 m/s; - 700 m/s; The name of the file is: postc_xdegrees_600_1000_buffer.inp ________________________________________________________________ output: Considering the ouput files, we selected 7 control points on the surface of the models. The Control points are - MAIN MODEL: (starting from the left) 0m, 250m, 500m, 750m, 1000m - BUFFER ZONE: half of the buffer zone The files are named : xdeg_x00_1000_xm.txt (for the main model) xdeg_x00_1000_bufferx.txt (for the buffer zone) There is also a file called: bedrock.txt, which is the time history we have chosen as the input motion for all the analyses.
