Soil Biodiversity for the Increase of Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Production

This sequencing dataset was produced as part of the project "Soil Biodiversity for the Increase of Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Production" (grant # CAG RED 00330/16). This network initiative is coordinated by Professor Fatima Maria de Souza Moreira and financially supported by the Minas Gerais Research Funding Foundation (FAPEMIG). Also, sequencing was performed in the Microbial Ecology and Bioinformatics Laboratory from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA/BR) with financial support provided by FAPESP, through the research grant # 21/04193-4: "Brazilian soils microbiome: database and predictive ai models", coordinated by Dr. Daniel Morais (IB/SP/BR). The Soil Microbiology team from UFLA conducted the bioinformatic analysis.
