2-氯烟酸是一种非常重要的医药和农药中间体,作为医药中间体用于合成烟甲灭酸、烟氟灭酸等,作为农药中间体用于合成烟嘧磺隆、吡氟草胺等。灼烧残渣是指在高温条件下,化合物中矿物成分经过氧化、分解、燃烧等反应后所产生的固体残留物,是评价化合物含量和纯度的重要指标之一。通过对2-氯烟酸产品灼烧残渣的分析,保障产品的品质,为下游产品的质量控制提供保障。参考GB/T 9741-1988《化学试剂 灼烧残渣测定通用方法》进行灼烧残渣的测试。1、仪器和测试条件:采用高温炉灼烧,设置灼烧温度650℃。2、样品检测:取样,采用分析天平精确称重,记录样品的质量m0。取空坩埚,采用分析天平精确称重,记录空坩埚的质量m1。将精确称重的样品置于坩埚中,放入高温炉进行灼烧至恒重。冷却至室温,采用分析天平精确称重,记录残渣和空坩埚的质量m2。3、数据计算:采用公式计算灼烧残渣X:灼烧残渣X=(残渣和空坩埚的质量m2-空坩埚的质量m1)/样品的质量m0×100%。4、数据评价:灼烧残渣X符合客户要求的标准。
2-Chloronicotinic acid is a critically important pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediate. As a pharmaceutical intermediate, it is used for the synthesis of nicometacin, flufenamic acid and other pharmaceuticals; as a pesticide intermediate, it is employed in the synthesis of nicosulfuron, diflufenican and other agrochemicals. Residue on ignition refers to the solid residue formed through reactions such as oxidation, decomposition and combustion of mineral components in a compound under high-temperature conditions, and serves as one of the key indicators for evaluating the content and purity of compounds. By analyzing the residue on ignition of 2-chloronicotinic acid products, the quality of the products can be guaranteed, providing support for the quality control of downstream products. The residue on ignition test is carried out in accordance with GB/T 9741-1988 General Method for the Determination of Residue on Ignition for Chemical Reagents. 1. Instruments and test conditions: A high-temperature muffle furnace is used for the ignition test, with the ignition temperature set at 650°C. 2. Sample testing: Weigh a sample accurately using an analytical balance and record its mass as m₀; weigh the empty crucible accurately with an analytical balance and record its mass as m₁; transfer the accurately weighed sample into the crucible, then place the crucible into the high-temperature muffle furnace and ignite until constant weight is attained; cool the crucible to room temperature, then accurately weigh the crucible together with the residue using an analytical balance and record the mass as m₂. 3. Data calculation: The residue on ignition X is calculated via the following formula: X = [(m₂ - m₁) / m₀] × 100%, where m₂ is the mass of the crucible with residual ash, m₁ is the mass of the empty crucible, and m₀ is the mass of the test sample. 4. Data evaluation: The calculated residue on ignition X meets the standard requirements specified by the customer.
