该数据资源为齐齐哈尔市生态环境局在履行对排污企业涉气污染物排放实时监管工作职能中产生，包含企业代码（PSCode）、排放污染物类型（OutputCode）等数据，可用于监控企业废气污染物排放是否达标。
This dataset was generated by the Qiqihar Ecological Environment Bureau when performing its statutory functions of real-time supervision over air pollutant emissions from polluting enterprises. It contains data fields including Enterprise Code (PSCode) and Pollutant Emission Type (OutputCode), and can be utilized to monitor whether the exhaust pollutant emissions of enterprises meet the applicable standards.
