15N2O paddy soil Transcriptome

This sample is a transcriptome of paddy soil incubated with 15N-labeled N2O (15N2O). The soil was collected from a rice field and subjected to N2O treatment under controlled incubation conditions. The sample was prepared to explore microbial gene expression dynamics in response to N2O input, with a particular interest in nitrogen metabolism under paddy soil conditions. It reflects the transcriptional activity of the soil microbial community at the time of sampling, providing insight into microbial responses to 15N2O amendment.
