Metagenome dataset of sponge Bolosoma sp. SPSG

A sponge individual (named as SPSG) was collected from a hydrothermal vent site (depth 1,284 m, 126°58.49 'E 27°32.46' N) in the Okinawa Trough using ROV Discovery on board the R/V Kexue in April 2014.A file contains the metagenome dataset, the metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs), and the viral sequences (vOTUs) derived from sponge tissue are submitted.
