Affective AI Literacy Index (AALI) Dataset: YouTube Audience Discourse on AI in Education — Empowerment vs Resistance Corpus (n=829, April 2026)

This dataset contains 829 YouTube comments collected viathe YouTube Data API v3 (April 2026) across five searchdomains targeting audience discourse on AI in educationalcontexts:(1) AI in education classroom students learning 2024-2025(2) artificial intelligence anxiety fear students future jobs(3) teaching AI ethics critical thinking digital literacy(4) AI empowerment students collaboration technology learning(5) emotional intelligence technology AI students wellbeing The corpus is the primary empirical validation dataset forthe Affective AI Literacy Index (AALI) — a novelcomputational metric measuring the proportion ofempowerment markers relative to total emotional markersin naturalistic learner-generated educational AI discourse.
