PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having excellent gripping force， a method for producing the rubber composition， and a method for improving a friction force of a shoe sole， a shoe， a tire and a rubber component using the rubber composition. SOLUTION: There are provided: [1] a rubber composition comprising a rubber component (A)， a lignin decomposition product (B) and a specific amine compound (C); [2] a rubber composition obtained by blending the rubber component (A)， the lignin (B) and the specific amine compound (C); [3] a shoe sole using the rubber composition; [4] a shoe having the shoe sole; [5] a tire using the rubber composition; [6] a method for producing a rubber composition by blending and vulcanizing the rubber component (A)， the lignin (B) and the specific amine compound (C); and [7] a method for improving a friction force of a rubber component obtained by blending the lignin (B) and the specific amine compound (C) in the rubber component (A).
