NHPRTR Tissue Samples

Here we used Illumina NGS for high-throughput profiling of pooled RNA from twenty tissues for fifteen different non-human primates. These data can be used to refine the human and other primate annotations, as well as provide an in-depth look at the coding and noncoding RNAs present in these tissues
