该文档为《中华人民共和国水生动植物自然保护区管理办法》，于1997年10月9日经农业部常务会议审议通过，发布施行。为加强对水生动植物自然保护区的建设和管理，根据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》、《中国华人民共和国渔业法》和《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》的规定，制定本办法。This document is the *Measures for the Administration of Nature Reserves for Aquatic Animals and Plants of the People's Republic of China*, which was adopted at the standing meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture on October 9, 1997, and officially promulgated and came into force on that day. These Measures are formulated to strengthen the construction and administration of nature reserves for aquatic animals and plants, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife, the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on Nature Reserves of the People's Republic of China.
