To investigate gene expression differences between human stem cell-derived islets and human islets before transplantation. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 5 different batches of stem cell-derived islets and human islets from 7 donors. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for stem cell-derived islets (sample A-E) and human islet donors (sample I-VII)).
