资源简介：
170 participants from 18 different nursing homes in and outside Oslo. Participants were randomly divided into 2 groups: intervention and control. The intervention group trained strength and balance twice a week for 12 weeks in small groups led by physiotherapists. The control group met as often as the intervention group and did light physical activity and other social activities. Participants were tested before the intervention, immediately after the intervention (12 weeks) and later after 12 new weeks.
