<p><span style="font-size:12.04px"><strong>The datasets supporting the findings of the study “UGT8/GalCer-Dependent Resistance of Breast Cancer Cells to Drug-Induced Apoptosis Is Potentially Regulated by the LIM/Homeobox Protein LHX6” </strong>show that </span>LHX6 expression positively correlates with UGT8 in breast cancer tissues. Immunohistochemistry confirmed nuclear LHX6 and cytoplasmic UGT8 localization, with a moderate positive correlation between their protein levels. Both markers were associated with tumor size (pT) and clinical stage, but not lymph node status (pN). Public dataset analysis (TCGA) further supported a positive mRNA correlation in the basal subtype. High co-expression of LHX6 and UGT8 was linked to poorer overall and recurrence-free survival.</p>
