Presentation -- Inglewood City Administrator Walter Hahn, Jr., (with bow tie) shows Zafar Iqbal, undersecretary of East Pakistan's home department, a resolution drawn up in honor of the latter's eight-weeks of rotating duty with all nine departments of the city. Iqbal spent eight weeks in Englewood learning about American administrative practices. The resolution will be signed by all nine department heads".
