This dataset was generated in a study where the effects of cigarette smoke on DSS-induced ulcerative colitis was studied.
The colon transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using GeneChip® Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array (Affymetrix) in a GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 645 (Affymetrix).
This dataset contains the statistics resulting from the comparison of treatment and control groups.
