The silent pandemic caused by antimicrobial resistance (AMR) requires innovative therapeutic approaches. Human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), recognized for their transformative, safe, and effective applications in oncology and autoimmunity, are seldom employed for infectious diseases and remain entirely unused for addressing AMR. In this study, we isolated exceptionally potent human monoclonal antibodies targeting hypervirulent and pandrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae ST147.
