The final number represents the event ID. hdf5.tar.gz: DAS waveforms at the time of the earthquake. The data file spans 30 seconds from the time shown in the filename. station.tar.gz: Location data of DAS stations. Column 2: station number, column 3: latitude, column 4: longitude, column 5: elevation. event.dat: Event list based on the JMA catalog and template matching. Time in the data is Japan standard time (JST).
