IRAK1 drives chemoresistance and controls immune-microenvironment in non-small cell lung cancer

This repository contains all analytical steps performed to investigate the scRNA-seq data related to the impact of IRAK1 gene knockout on the tumor microenvironment in a humanised mouse model, with and without cisplatin treatment, where the H2228 lung cancer cell line was subcutaneously inoculated. readme.doc, contains the descripition of the full dataset command.R contains the script use to generate, from 10xmatrices.zip, the complete matrices of the human cells subset on which the analysis in sh.zip and wt.zip was performed.
