We are using a combinatorial pooling method in combination with Transposon Directed Insertion-site Sequencing (TraDIS) in order to confirm the true identities of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA01 mutants that make up an arrayed mutant library that we have been using to investigate genes that contribute to bacterial virulence.
