<b>Description of the “datatable_metabolites.xlsx” file</b>This table contains quantitative metabolite data for a set of milk samples analyzed by NMR-based metabolomics.<b>Structure</b>:<b>Rows</b>: Each row corresponds to an individual milk sample.<b>Columns</b>:<b>Sample metadata</b>:<code>sample_numeric_code</code> — unique numeric identifier for each sample.<code>Sample_type</code> — category/type of milk (e.g., cow, goat, human, infant formula).<code>Brand</code> — commercial brand or label of the product.<code>year_collection</code> — year when the sample was collected.<b>Metabolite concentrations</b>: The remaining columns list quantified metabolites, expressed in arbitrary concentration units derived from NMR integration.
