HepG2 cells were treated with MEHP with/without M1/M2 macrophages for 24h. Then cells were collected and applied to RNA-sequencing. We found that MEHP significantly affected metabolic pathways of HepG2 and co-culturing with M2 macrophages weaked or reversed these effects. Overall design: mRNA profiles of 4 differentially treated HepG2 cells were examined by Illumina novaseq 6000.
