Amplification sequencing of the endophytic microbiome of Rheum palmatum

The endophytic microbial community of plants is closely related to plant growth and development, stress resistance, and substance synthesis. However, current research mainly focuses on the diversity of endophytic microorganisms, the influence of single endophytic microorganisms on the host's life activities, and the interaction mechanism between them. There is still a lack of understanding of the basic ecological processes of the endophytic microbial community, especially the community construction mechanism and succession pattern of endophytic microbial communities in medicinal plants. Therefore, this study selected three-year-old different seasons of Patrinia scabrella from the famous production area as the research object, and analyzed the construction mechanism and succession pattern of the endophytic microbial community of Patrinia scabrella under different seasons through amplicon sequencing.
