Relative ontogenetic stages are estimated using the size-based definitions of Evans [26]; size alone should not be used to infer the sexual or skeletal maturity or immaturity of a specimen. Juveniles are less than 50% the size of the largest known specimen of that taxon; subadults are 50–85% the size of the largest specimen; adults are more than 85% the size of the largest specimen.
