This data is applied to the relationship between body length and body weight of plateau fish to explore the growth status of plateau fish and compare the differences among different fish species. This study measured the length and weight of eight fishes in northwest China, analyzed and studied the relationship between length and weight, and evaluated their growth status. A total of 274 samples were collected by trawl nets (set gill nets) and ground bamboo cages with net diameters of 15 - 20 mm and 25 - 30 mm respectively. This study refers to LWRs of eight species of fish, and the <em>b</em> value conforms to the parameter standard. The <em>b</em> value of Schizothorax irregularis is calculated for the first time, which is a reference value for the research of Schizothorax irregularis. The statistical relationship between the length and weight of these eight fish species is highly significant (<em>p </em>< 0.01), with <em>r</em><sup>2</sup> values >0.819.
本数据集用于探究高原鱼类体长与体质量的相关关系,以分析高原鱼类的生长状况,并对比不同鱼类物种间的生长差异。本研究对中国西北地区的8种鱼类开展体长与体质量测量,分析二者间的相关关系并评估其生长状况。研究共采集274份样本,采样工具分别为拖网(定置刺网)以及网径依次为15~20 mm、25~30 mm的地面竹笼。本研究涵盖8种鱼类的体长-体质量关系(Length-Weight Relationships, LWRs),其参数b值均符合参数标准。本次研究首次计算了异齿裂腹鱼(Schizothorax irregularis)的b值,该值可为该物种的相关研究提供参考依据。8种鱼类的体长与体质量统计相关关系均极显著(p < 0.01),决定系数r²均大于0.819。
