Questionnaire data on the current situation of film and art professionals in Guangdong Province

This questionnaire aims to reflect the career development, work status, and industry ecology of film and art practitioners in Guangdong Province. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire survey, covering multiple dimensions such as basic information of practitioners (such as age, educational background, years of experience), distribution of professional skills, employment form (full-time/freelance), project participation type (movies/TV dramas/online universities, etc.), salary level, job satisfaction, and challenges faced by the industry. Adopting a combination of online and offline survey methods. The research time span is from October 2025 to February 2026. The survey targets professionals currently engaged in film and film art related work within Guangdong Province. Finally, 138 valid questionnaires were collected. The data content includes: Demographic characteristics: gender, age, place of origin, city of work (distributed within Guangdong province), highest education level, and professional background. Occupational characteristics: years of experience, specific job category, professional title, nature of affiliation (state-owned/private/individual/freelance). Work status: Annual average number of projects participated, main project types, daily working hours, main income range and sources. Professional cognition and attitude: career satisfaction, ways to acquire professional skills (courses/master apprentice/self-study), views on industry prospects, career development bottlenecks. Industry support: Participation in industry training, awareness and demand for government or industry association support policies.
