This dataset contains two .tar.gz files - (i) Sreenivasan - Data and (ii) Sreenivasan - Codes.
Sreenivasan - Data consist of 22 folders, each labelled as "SXX".
Each folder contains the following files and subfolders:
1. A structural image (average_t1.nii.gz).
2. A volume file for the superior colliculus (SuperiorColliculus.nii.gz).
3. A 3-D rendering of the superior colliculus in .vtk format (SuperiorColliculus_3D.vtk).
4. Two subfolders:
(i) DK ROIs - that contains volume files (.nii.gz) of the 68
cortical regions from the Desikan-Killiany atlas along with the
subcortical ROIs - left and right subthalamic nucleus (LSTN, RSTN), left
and right substantia nigra (LSN, RSN) and the caudate nucleus
(LeftCaudate, RightCaudate).
(ii) Tract files - that contains tracts that connect the superior
colliculus to the 68 cortical and the subcortical regions. All tracts are all in
Visualization Toolkit Format (.vtk). These can be readily
visualized in ParaView.
All .nii.gz files can be converted to .vtk format using ITK-SNAP.
Sreenivasan - Codes contains scripts for analysis and reproducing figures of the paper.
To compute robust correlations, please download and add to path the toolbox developed by Pernet et al (2013, Frontiers in Psychology).
Also included is a high-resolution version of Figure 3.
