为保证木耳菜安全性,需要对木耳菜农药残留毒死蜱含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,木耳菜中毒死蜱最高限量值为0.02mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域木耳菜含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f/m*K,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中毒死蜱含量,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;无核果K为1 。可得检查项目毒死蜱的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标GB 23200.113-2018 《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

To ensure the safety of Malabar spinach (Basella alba), it is necessary to control the chlorpyrifos pesticide residue content in Malabar spinach. Per the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021), the maximum allowable residual limit of chlorpyrifos in Malabar spinach is set at 0.02 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the chlorpyrifos content status of Malabar spinach in the circulation market of Zhuji City, providing regulatory support for local supervision departments. 1. Data collection: All data were collected from sampled commercial products in the markets of Zhuji City. 2. Calculation of detection values: The detection values of the sampled products in Zhuji's market were calculated using the following formula: $X = frac{C imes V imes f imes K}{m}$, where: - $X$: Content of the target component (chlorpyrifos) in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); - $C$: Content of chlorpyrifos in the sample test solution, unit: milligrams per liter (mg/L); - $V$: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL); - $m$: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g); - $f$: Dilution factor; - $K$: Value of 1 for non-pit-fruit samples. The content data of the detection item chlorpyrifos can be obtained via this calculation method. 3. Qualification judgment: The aforementioned detection data are compared against the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 23200.113-2018 National Food Safety Standard Determination of Residues of 208 Pesticides and Their Metabolites in Plant-Derived Foods. Samples with detection values within the specified limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are classified as unqualified.
