资源简介:
Study evaluating the effect of photobiomodulation therapy on the pro-inflammatory functionality of human PBMCs and is carried out under research task no. 2022/06/X/NZ7/00241. To irradiation MLS M1 system, emitting synchronized laser radiation at 2 wavelengths simultaneous (λ = 808 nm in continuous emission and λ= 905 nm in pulsed or continuous emission) has been used.PBMT parameters:-Energy dose: 5J, 15J, 20J, 5+15J, 15+5Jpower density:-177 mW/cm2 for continuous emission (CE) wavelength 808 nm and pulsed emission (PE) wavelength 905 nm, ƒ=500 Hz ) -214 mW/cm2 for CE 808 nm, PE 905 nm wavelength ƒ=1 500 Hz)-230 mW/cm2 (CE 808 nm, PE wave 905 nm ƒ=2,000 Hz).The laser spot was 3.14 cm2.The level of CCL2, IL-1β, CCL3 and IL-33 mRNA expression was assessed by quantitative real-time amplification product analysis (qRT-PCR). Effect of photobiomodulation therapy on of selected cytokine/chemokine synthesis in PBMCs evaluated by ELISA test in supernatant samples.
