Experimental Dataset from CDEX's High Purity Germanium Detectors in China Jinping Underground Laboratory

Founded in 2009, the CDEX group has been dedicated to detection of Dark Matter and neutrinoless double beta decay with High Purity Germanium (HPGe) detectors in China Jinping Underground Laboratory. HPGe detectors are characterized by high energy resolution, low analysis threshold and low radioactive background, making them an ideal platform for direct detection of DM. Over years CDEX has accumulated massive amount of experimental data, based on the data various results on both Dark Matter detection and neutrinoless double beta decay have been presented. Since the dataset was collected in low-background environment, apart from analyzed physical channels, it yet has great potential as an indicator for other rare-event-detection analysis. Furthermore, by providing raw pulse shapes, the dataset can serve as a tool for us to better understand the internal mechanism of HPGe detectors as well.The dataset contains binary files that hold raw pulse shapes that collected by the HPGe detectors, as well as root files with information extracted from pulse shapes. Scripts used to process raw data are also supplemented in the repository.
