Here is the transcriptomic data by RNA sequencing of two bread wheat cultivars- Gladius_HS (heat sensitive) and Vixen_HT (heat tolerant) that showed contrasting responses to heat treatment during meiosis. Data also contains pooled samples (three plants/family) of three heat tolerant (GV026_HT, GV052_HT and GV146_HT) and three heat sensitive (GV001_HS, GV219_HS, and GV245_HS) F2:3 families under heat and control treatment. F2:3 families are derived from a cross between Gladius_HS and Vixen_HT followed by selfing. Gladius_HS and Vixen_HT have data for 3 replications, each under heat and control treatment.
