Intelligent ticket classification is a ticket categorization model developed using natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques. Its primary objectives include improving efficiency and accuracy, enabling real-time responses, and providing data support, so as to satisfy the requirements for efficient, accurate and data-driven complaint handling. It realizes the shift from manual selection of the phenomena and causes of complaint tickets to fully automatic system-based classification, thereby reducing the workload of frontline staff.
