工单智能分类是一种基于自然语言处理和深度学习模型搭建的工单分类模型。工单智能分类主要是为了提高效率、提高准确性、实现即时响应和提供数据支持，以满足对于投诉处理的高效、准确和数据化要求，实现投诉工单现象与原因由人工手工选择到系统全自动分类，减负一线。Intelligent ticket classification is a ticket categorization model developed using natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques. Its primary objectives include improving efficiency and accuracy, enabling real-time responses, and providing data support, so as to satisfy the requirements for efficient, accurate and data-driven complaint handling. It realizes the shift from manual selection of the phenomena and causes of complaint tickets to fully automatic system-based classification, thereby reducing the workload of frontline staff.
