1_illumina_download contains raw Illumina sequencing reads and associated sequencing statistics, representing the unprocessed output from the sequencing run. Quality control metrics are available in 2_fastqc.tar.gz, 4_fastqc.tar.gz, and 6_multiqc.tar.gz. The archive has been split into parts for upload. To reassemble and extract: bash cat 1_illumina_download.tar.gz.part* > 1_illumina_download.tar.gz For all other .tar.gz files, extract with: bash tar -xzf <filename>.tar.gz
