Aquatic greenhouse gas data (Peel-Harvey catchment and estuary)

Concentrations of dissolve greenhouse gases (N2O, CH4, CO2) were measured across the land-ocean aquatic continuum (LOAC) in the Peel-Harvey catchment and estuary (Western Australia). Data were collected in 2018. Files contain dissolved gas concentrations, calculated gas transfer velocities (k values), and the R scripts used to calculate dissolved gas concentrations and water-air fluxes.
