We investigated the chromatin accessibility landscape of normal T cells and T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia to define the thymocyte development using chromatin accessibility profiles and map the aberrant leukemia-associated accessibility sites in T-ALL. We performed ATAC-seq on 14 normal T cell samples and 35 Leukemia samples including 14 pairs (Diagnosis & Relapse) and another 7 Leukemia daignosis samples. 31 of the leukemia samples also have RNAseq data.
