In this study, Tupaia belangeri in Tuanjie Township of Kunming were selected as the research objects. The changes of body temperature, metabolic rate and heat conduction value of Tupaia belangeri under high temperature acclimation were measured, and the change trend of thermal neutral zone was compared and analyzed. Under the general trend of global warming, Tupaia belangeri will choose to increase body temperature, reduce metabolic rate, increase heat dissipation capacity, and drift from thermal neutral zone to high temperature zone to adapt to heat stress and high temperature environment.
