Development of mRNA expression signatures for Nao Yi Kang decoction in treating intracerebral hemorrhage

To identify the potential mRNA asscociated with Nao Yi Kang decoction (NYKD) in treating intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), we have employed mRNA expression profiling. 2405 and 1806 mRNAs were identified in the ICH vs sham group and the NYKD vs ICH group, respectively. Specifically, 294 DEmRNAs were intersected among the three groups. Overall design: Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=5): the Sham, ICH, and NYKD-M groups. The gavage administration started on the 1st day after the surgery for 3 consecutive days. Brain samples were dectected at 3 d after ICH.
