ZAGG - Fragebogen "Zwangsassoziierte Gedanken und Gefühle"

Der ZAGG ermöglicht die Erfassung von Metakognitionen bei Zwangsstörungen. Er umfasst insgesamt 41 Items, die sich auf drei Dimensionen "Gedanken und Gefühle der Wertlosigkeit", "Kontrolle – Verantwortung – Perfektionismus" und "Zweifel" aufteilen. Anhand einer Pilotstudie und unter Bezug von Expertenurteilen wurden die Dimension und Items aus zehn kennzeichnenden Themenbereichen für Zwangsstörungen gebildet. Reliabilität: Die interne Konsistenz nach Cronbach der Subskalen lag zwischen α = .94 und α = .84. Die Retest-Reliabilität nach 5 Tagen lag für die erste Subskala bei rtt = .85, für die zweite bei rtt = .75 und für die dritte Subskala bei rtt = .72. Validität: Die konvergente Validität wurde anhand der Korrelation mit der Y-BOCS und dem IBRO untersucht. Der Fragebogen korreliert besonders in der Subskala Zweifel mit dem Y-BOCS und dem IBRO. Die diskriminante Validität wurde mit dem BAI und dem BDI für je Ängstlichkeit und Depressivität untersucht. Die Subskala zu Wertlosigkeit korrelierte mit dem BAI und dem BDI, was auf eine niedrige diskriminante Validität dieser Subskala hinweist. The ZAGG enables the assessment of metacognitions in obsessive-compulsive disorders. It comprises a total of 41 items, which are divided into three dimensions "thoughts and feelings of worthlessness", "control - responsibility - perfectionism" and "doubt".
